Urgent: Tell the State of Missouri to Invest in Kids

There is a child care crisis impacting families across Missouri. Child care options are limited and most available options are unaffordable. Kids Win Missouri has collaborated with community partners, child care providers, and families to develop recommendations for the State of Missouri to implement that would:

• Create stability for families and child care providers through increased state investment in grants, subsidies and provider incentives
• Expand access to state child care subsidies for working families and child care workers
• Enforce a cap ensuring that families pay no more than 7% of their income on child care
