The best advocates children can have are those present in the earliest stages of their lives. Kids Win Missouri’s Early Care and Education (ECE) Leader Fellowship is a year-long program that provides policy, advocacy, and leadership training as well as experiential learning opportunities to support parents and child care providers in developing their leadership skills. The training and experiences help prepare parents and providers to feel confident sharing their stories and engaging leaders at the state level to advance policies impacting our youngest children.

The ECE Leader Fellowship is not just about taking advocacy to the next level for providers and parents across the state. It’s about building a strong, unified voice among experts who directly impact the lives of children and families. This collective perspective is a crucial element in building robust early childhood systems that will significantly benefit Missouri’s families, enhance the quality of life for all children in our state, and foster much-needed support in every community.
